Introduction
Fitza ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data when you use the Fitza mobile application.

Information We Collect
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, username, and date of birth. This information is used to create and manage your account.
Wardrobe & Outfit Data: Any clothing items, outfit photos, tags, and wear history you add to the app are stored securely and associated with your account.
AI-Generated Insights: Style DNA analysis, colour palette results, and outfit recommendations generated by our AI are stored so you can access them later.
Usage Data: We collect anonymised information about how you interact with the app (e.g. features used, session length) to improve the product. We do not collect this data in a way that identifies you personally.
Device & Technical Data: Basic device information (OS version, device type) is collected to diagnose bugs and ensure compatibility.

How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely to provide and improve Fitza:
- To create and manage your account
- To sync your wardrobe and outfits across your devices
- To generate AI-powered style insights you request
- To deliver streak tracking, referral rewards, and social features
- To send you optional notifications (only if you enable them)
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- To improve app features through anonymised analytics

Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share limited data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the app:
- Supabase: Secure cloud storage and authentication
- AI providers: De-identified wardrobe descriptions sent to generate style analysis (your name and email are never included in these requests)
We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.

Data Retention & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase servers using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export a copy of your wardrobe data
- Withdraw consent for optional features such as notifications at any time

Children's Privacy
Fitza is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of Fitza after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
